Global Labour Leaders Seal 31 Agreements To Boost Jobs, Training Opportunities
The Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC), has seen the finalizing of 31 arrangements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) between numerous entities, aiming to offer countless training opportunities and jobs for the worldwide workforce. This contract was signed at the second of the GLMC 2025, released in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by His Excellency Engineer Ahmad Bin Salman Alrajhi, the Minister of Human Resources and employment Social Development, along with 40 labour ministers. According to the ministers, these efforts will concentrate on qualifying varied groups, such as new graduates, females, and people with disabilities, for suitable employment through specialised training programmes, including advancement, educational initiatives, management preparation, and knowledge-sharing partnerships

Highlighting the significance of these agreements, Alrajhi stated «These figures highlight the urgent requirement to establish extensive techniques to attend to these typical difficulties successfully.» «Transforming them into opportunities, ultimately we can all interact to guarantee the prosperity of our economies, communities, and workforces.» The minister also noted that the arrangements focus on boosting operational efficiency, cultivating innovation, employment and driving worth production in positioning with Saudi Vision 2030. Key entities involved in these agreements include the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), the International Labour Organization (ILO), Takamol Holding, INSEAD, UiPath, Bella Vista Institute of Higher Education, the Saudi Logistics Academy, the Ministry of Tourism, and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
The GLMC’s MOU will see a number of noteworthy partnerships emerged. INSEAD will provide scholastic services, while partnerships with Space Faculty and ProFun will explore development and knowledge sharing. Bella Vista Institute and the Saudi Logistics Academy will deliver customized training programs focused on leadership advancement and capacity building. The Ministry of Tourism tattooed MoUs with Marriott Hotels and Arabian Airports to develop workforce certifications and training efforts. Princess Nourah University partnered with SEA Ventures to promote entrepreneurship development. A significant development is the establishment of the Kaspersky Knowledge Transfer Centre, designed to advance cybersecurity abilities among trainees and employment the labor force, amongst others.
